    Partner-of-Record (PoR) Definition

    The Partner-of-Record is the partner who registers and maintains active stewardship of the opportunity through defined engagement milestones.

    PoR Recognition (Default Term)

  • PoR status is recognized for 180 days from registration, provided the opportunity remains active
  • PoR can be renewed with evidence of continued pursuit activity
  • Non-Circumvention

  • Strategemist will not bypass the PoR to contract directly with the end client for the registered scope during the PoR term, unless explicitly authorized in writing by the PoR.
  • Client-Facing Presence

  • Default posture is partner-first. Strategemist operates backend unless the partner requests joint presence.
  • Scope Boundaries

  • PoR protection applies to the registered scope and client entity defined at registration. Material scope changes should be updated to maintain clarity.
  • Confidentiality

  • All partner materials, pricing strategies, and client information are treated as confidential and used strictly for the registered pursuit.
  • Quality and Delivery Standards

  • Where Strategemist contributes delivery artifacts or execution support, agreed standards and acceptance criteria apply to protect both parties’ reputations.
